shipping.

all purchases made on rymhstudios.com are shipped and fulfilled by ninja van. unfortunately, our items can only be shipped to a limited number of destinations at the moment. for more info on where we ship to, drop us an email at help@rymhstudios.com.

we are not responsible for the condition of any parcels once they have left our fulfilment centre. should your order be lost in transit, we will try our best to liaise with ninja van for resolution and resend your order if possible.

returns.

all purchases are non-refundable. exchanges can be done within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. any cost of shipping the item back to our fulfilment centre as well as the cost of resending the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.
